Salmon with Lemon Garlic Butter
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat on low or until butter is melted.
Place salmon in baking dish. Pour lemon-garlic butter over steaks and bake at 450 for approx. 10 mins. per 1/2" thickness of salmon or until fish flakes.
* Can substitute 2 tsp. of Christopher Ranch Garlic Ginger Stir-Fry for fresh garlic and ginger.
