SAVORY FLAVORY GARLIC BREAD

1½ cubes (3/4 cup) butter - softened

3 cloves Christopher Ranch California Garlic - minced
-
1 Christopher Ranch Shallot - peeled and minced
-
1 tbls. fresh parsley - chopped
-
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese - grated
-
1 tsp. paprika
-
1 tsp. dill weed
-
1 loaf French bread - sliced lengthwise
Blend first seven ingredients and spread generously on bread halves. Broil until golden brown and bubbly, slice and serve. Note: Make butter the day before for more flavor; cover and refrigerate overnight. Let soften at room temperature until spreadable. Other uses: Melt Savory Butter and pour over grilled seafood or cooked vegetables; use for sautéing or as a basting sauce for meat or poultry; add to sauces.
