Garlic Recipe of the Month
To serve: Break clove off bulb and squeeze pulp out onto slice of French bread. Top with a dab of Rosemary Feta Dip.
Add a bit of milk if mixture is too thick to blend. If using a terra cotta baker: Soak domed lid in water 10 minutes. Place garlic bulbs in baker, cover and place in microwave. Cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Allow to cool. ![]() |

Garlic Tip of the Month Garlic should be stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated place. It will keep for three to nine months from harvest depending on the variety. |
