Garlic Recipe of the Month
Brown meat with 1/2 the garlic cloves in a large pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Best if refrigerated overnight so flavors can blend. Reheat for 1 hour before serving. Serves at least 15. |

Garlic Tip of the Month Garlic will last about 1 year from the time it is harvested. It is harvested from late June thru August. It will last longer if you keep it in a braid. Store in a cool, dry place.
