Garlic Ginger Drummettes

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp fresh Christopher Ranch Ginger Root – grated*
  • 3 cloves Christopher Ranch Garlic – peeled and crushed*
  • 2-3 lemons – squeezed
  • 14 chicken drummettes
Combine all ingredients in bowl and marinate for at least 6 hours. Place drummettes with marinade in a large glass baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done. Marinade should form a glaze on drummettes.
* Can substitute 3 tsp. of Christopher Ranch Garlic Ginger Stir-Fry for fresh garlic and ginger.
