Garlic Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts - drained, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small can chopped green chile peppers
  • 4 cloves CHRISTOPHER RANCH GARLIC - crushed

Mix all ingredients in bowl, spoon into baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350* Serve warm or cold on crackers or bread.



 

Garlic Tip of the Month

To remove garlic odor from your hands, rinse your hands with fresh lemon juice or scrub with a bit of salt and then rinse with cool water.
