Garlic Recipe of the Month

Salmon with Lemon Garlic Butter
- 3 tbls. butter or margarine
- 2 cloves Christopher Ranch Garlic - peeled and crushed*
- 2 tsp. fresh Christopher Ranch Ginger Root - grated* or Christopher Ranch Chopped Ginger
- 1 tbls. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbls. soy sauce
- 2 salmon steaks
Combine all ingredients in a small soucepan and heat on low or until butter is melted.
Place salmon in baking dish. Pour lemon-garlic butter over steaks and bake at 450 for approx. 10 mins. per 1/2" thickness of salmon or until fish flakes.
* Can substitute 2 tsp. of Christopher Ranch Garlic Ginger Stir-Fry for fresh garlic and ginger.
