A FAMILY WINEMAKING TRADITION FOR 82 YEARS AND COUNTING

A cobblestone piazza and village fountain reminscent of the family’s Italian Piedmontese homeland greets visitors upon their arrival at Guglielmo (Gool-YELL-mo) winery. The Guglielmo family has been producing wine in California’s Santa Clara Valley since 1925. Since the early 1930’s — when Guglielmo wines were sold primarily to the Italian, French and Basque restaurants of San Francisco’s North Beach district — wines bearing the Guglielmo family name have developed an excellent reputation for quality, distinction and value.

Today, third-generation brothers George, Gene and Gary keep the family tradition alive by producing award-winning premium varietal wines from nearly 100 acres of Santa Clara Valley estate vineyards, as well as other premium winegrowing regions within California. They are very proud to continue the fine art of winemaking passed down through their family and hope you will share and enjoy their wines with your family and friends.

Guglielmo’s Wine & Gift Shop is open 10am to 5pm daily and offers complimentary winetasting as well as a wide variety of unique corporate and personal gift ideas.
